Racing packages 2011
A total of 17 superb fixtures
are scheduled for 2011.
York's 2011 season promises to be another cocktail
of sporting drama, culinary delights and fabulous
hospitality.
York is one of the Premier tracks in Europe
having recently won Flat Racecourse of the Year
Award and also came out top in The Times Newspaper
survey of all Britain's racecourses. The course,
known as 'The Knavesmire', has been a favourite
amongst race goers since it was founded in 1731.
The May Dante Festival staged in May and the Ebor
Festival in August are two of the most prestigious
races in in the year and feature a combination of
the very best horses.
The opening day in August
sees the richest and best race of the year with
the Group I Juddmonte International. Ladies Day
is on Thursday 18th August.
CATERING
The catering at York Racecourse
is of a particularly high standard. Wherever possible
they provide locally sourced produce. Seasonal ingredients
including Asparagus from Thirsk and Rhubarb from
Pudsey are used in the menus created by Chefs at
York.
International Sport are pleased to
be an officially recognised agent of official hospitality
facilities throughout the racing season.
Overnight
Accommodation
We will
be pleased to assist with overnight accommodation
for all fixtures. We currently have a special 'Dante
Meeting' overnight package available as shown opposite.
