Online Booking - Please read carefully
You may book hospitality on this page. As you follow the booking process you will have a choice of how you want to make payment. The methods include cheque payment by post, paying securely on-line by credit/debit card or paying over the telephone by credit / debit card. The choice will be offered to you as you proceed with your booking. For most events we charge £99 + vat per person deposit for the event, plus a small amount to cover the cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery or Secure Courier to convey the tickets and hospitality wallets to you.
Our Promise
Following your booking you will receive formal confirmation by email. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card via our secure on-line worldpay system we will only charge your card once we have confirmed that the places are definitely available. This is usually done on the same day as your booking Mon - Fri and on the following Mon if you book over the weekend. Availability for our events changes constantly. In the unlikely event that places are not available at your selected event we will contact you to discuss alternatives. Your credit or debit card will not be charged. Should we charge your card in error a full refund will be given immediately.
Online Booking
To proceed simply select the product or products required. You may add further products by visiting the various event pages and you may return to this page at any time by using the shopping cart link on top right of the page. To delete an item from your shopping cart please click the delete icon under the DELETE heading. To change the number of places required at en event change the amount in the QUANTITY box and click UPDATE.
